Ok ppl listen up!!1
Tonight at aproximatly 22:00 GMT+2 we'll start raiding with Avenue and Estland if anyone will be online from their clan.

We will do raids with them untill we get some power in clan -> will take like 1 week.

As for tonights raid this is how we'll do it : I talked with Holgar ( avenue leader ) and he aggred that when we arrive at raid boss ally chat will be clear, noone will say anything on it, only one ppl from each clan only -> so we can have better organisation. Messages in ally chat will be like, STOP nuking .. let that party do last hit, all move away from the box and stay only who needs it, nuker xxx needs to be transfered to party Nr1...etc

We will raid subclass raidbosses, varka's MOS and barakiel. Subclass will go first.

varka's boss is an issue, since most of exiles have alliance with ketra's.

Today's raids were a success. The tank from Avenue acted on his own at Hallate, but we did him after wards. Kernon was piece of cake. At Glokonda we got wipe first time, then support came and we did it with no sweat. Varaka's Hero Shadith was done with 4 nukers, 1 cardinal, 1 tank, 1 ee, 1 se, 1 sd, 1 pp, 1 he, 1 dn - so gz for all. Stay tuned for more info about tommorows raids. I'll discuss with Holgar.

40%  of avenue tank "soloact" on his own i take on my responsibility
Cuz in first time he asked if he can start and i saw every one bufed so i said YES
 .... and ffs 15 min is not normal to gather up!!!
next time announce the reason for delay if its longer than 5 min ...

the reason for the delay was me, risparmi and michelle because we weren't signed up for 7signs. I had to .gotolove to every raidboss, so that took me quite some time. Insider eventually had to get risparmi and michelle up to golkonda with dance of shadow, so that took pretty long as well.

sry but +15 min delay is not accpetible in any circumistance!

yeah true, we need to work on that. Let's try to get the real issues together in a list so we can work on them.

- communication with Avenue. Half of them don't speak or understand english, INCLUDING their tank, reo. This is very annoying.
- People are not at the raid at the right time
